Dr. Jafrullah also called a strike on March 26

Public Health Center Trustee Dr. Jafrullah Chowdhury. He called off the strike in protest of rising prices of essential commodities, including commodities.

Jafrullah Chowdhury held a press conference today on three demands. The three demands are to bring commodity prices within the purchasing power of the common man, to provide regular rations to 20 million poor families at subsidized prices and to take action against trade syndicates to increase commodity prices.

Jafrullah Chowdhury said that in order to attract the attention of the government, to get the word of the people into the ears of the government, all the political parties, all the people should observe a peaceful strike on March 26.

Appealing to the workers, Jafrullah Chowdhury said, 'You will not go out of the house on the 28th. Even if you go out, you will go out to join the strike. All of them, regardless of their party affiliation, observed the strike on March 26 in any way they could.

The founder of Public Health said, 'The country is going through a difficult time. This is a 1974 forecast. Three lakh people died of starvation in 1984. Even a few months ago, the state surplus in our country was 746 billion. Now it has reached 43 billion. Where did these four billion go? With these four billion dollars, rations could have been given to two to three crore families across the country in a few years.

Supporting the strike, Junaid Saki, chief coordinator of the mass solidarity movement, said all government development collapsed when people stumbled behind TCB vehicles.

At the press conference, Member Secretary of the People's Rights Council Nurul Haque said, 'We are in various programs. Dr. Jafrullah Chowdhury We have been by his side in all logical programs of Sir's past, still are. However, since the strike is a big political program, we will discuss the issue in the party meeting and make a decision.
